Person Specification for SEBD Maths Teacher
This post requires a passionate SEBD Maths Teacher who has 2 years' teaching experience. The school wants to see teachers who have the flexibility to adapt to this dynamic environment and a quick-witted and sharp mind. You will be able to maintain a professional yet personable manner at all times, even in a sometimes testing and demanding SEBD environment. You should be able to act in a positive and proactive way and use de-escalation strategies to improve behaviour.
