JOB DESCRIPTION - DESK SALES EXECUTIVE

Our client is a leading provider For ALL of ICT, Telephone, Broadband & Mobile Communication requirements.They supply the SME and Education Markets all over the UK with Telephone Systems, Calls, VoiP, Lines, Broadband, Mobiles, Web Enablement, Conferencing, Hosting, Training, Flexible Working, Virtualisation and a host of others.

Sales / Telesales Executive

As a salesperson wouldn't you like to be able to offer your customers a comprehensive and competitive portfolio of products and services that they really need?

The job is to pro-actively call new and existing customers; building solutions and selling/cross-selling extensive range of products.

Sales Executive's are required to make between 80-100 outbound calls per day to establish client requirements with a view to boost company profits.

These are out and out targeted sales jobs. We are looking for hard-working, driven success-hungry focused telesales people. If you have the drive that exceeds those around you and, a determination to be at the top of your profession, you have found a fantastic career opportunity.

Based in Worcester, our client promotes a market leading portfolio of Communications products and services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To achieve defined product and gross profit targets and objectives through high levels of activity to pro-actively contact existing customers and new businesses.
To ensure all product areas are discussed with every customer creating opportunities of potential sales and building pipelines
To sell the full range of products and services, pro-actively up-selling and cross-selling new products and services to these customers.
To protect the existing customers from competitive attack using knowledge and benefits of products against existing competitors
To find and engage with non customers to secure current and future opportunities.

To work in a manner consistent with the telesales KPIs.
To ensure all customer details, information about the company and interaction are entered onto our CRM in a timely and accurate manner.
