Purchase Ledger Administrator

Working Monday to Friday 8-5pm


Our established construction industry client based in Exeter is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role where you will be dealing with supplier invoices in the main, but also picking up other customer administration. You will be negotiating favourable rates with service providers, and deal with product complaints and returns.

You should have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working with figures and be persistent: working to see any task through and problem solving along the way.

Essential Skills Required are -

  • Experience of dealing with suppliers
  • Experience of purchase ledger, and associated administration
  • Calculating invoices
  • Dealing with customer rebates
  • General administration
  • Good at problem solving with a ''can do' approach.
  • Good communication and high standard of numeracy
