A high volume restaurant awarded with 2 AA Rosettes is looking for the key Pastry Sous Chef to join and help lead its passionate pastry kitchen. You get to play with the best ingredients and kitchen equipment to make an exciting a la carte pastry menu. The Brigade is led by a real talent in modern pastry and would suit a Michelin or equivalent Pastry Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie looking to step up to a more senior role.

  • So we're looking for a passionate and driven chef that is looking to push on and train with and within one of the UK's most prestigious restaurants
  • Learn from well-known and highly respected Head Pastry Chef from a strong Michelin background in the UK and abroad
  • Background in either rosette or Michelin, food-led environments in essential
