Are you an articulate and successful Claims Manager looking for the opportunity to join a global organisation?

Our client requires a Claims Service Manager to join their Brighton division. Reporting directly to the Head of Claims Management you will be responsible for ensuring that customer claims receive appropriate levels of scrutiny and that all member claims are appropriately handled. Besides this, you will run a specialist claims team, ensuring that all team members are organised, trained, coached and developed to deliver world-beating levels of customer service. You will be responsible for five direct reports.

This role offers copious autonomy and scope, and allows you to focus on recruiting the very best people and ensuring high work performance practices to drive a high culture of performance for our inspiring client.

You will have:

  • Claims & case management experience within a contact centre setting
  • Direct line management experience
  • The ability to establish a performance management culture
