Work Placement Lead Generators required for an immediate start.

Twin Group is an award winning provider of education, travel, work experience and employment services based in Greenwich, London. We specialise in providing work experience placements to international students and are the 5 times winner of the Language Travel Magazine’s, Work Experience Provider Award.

We are currently recruiting for Lead Generators to work within the Twin Work Experience Department. The successful candidate will work within the Work Experience Team to engage with local, regional and national employers to grow Twin’s employer base.

You will be expected to:

  • Recruit (via cold calling) new companies interested in hosting work experience students

  • Maintain professional contact with new company clients and progress with developing these company contacts to expand the placement service

  • Source and secure suitable/sustainable placements for our client base to meet both academic/language requirements and individual requests, via cold calling and company management.

You will need to display the following:

  • Previous experience at B2B cold calling lead generation

  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation

  • Self-motivated, results oriented sales person

  • Adaptable and flexible, with ability to cope with change

  • Tenacity and a will to win

What we can offer you:

  • £21,000 - 23,000 per annum depending on experience, plus commission
