Credit Controller/Finance Administrator
We are currently recruting for a Credit Controller/Finance Administrator
This is to cover maternity 6-12 months
Hour of work 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Execute effective credit control procedures to maximise cash flow.
- Email and send monthly statements to clients reviewing and personalising messages that are sent.
- Setting up a red letter spreadsheet maintaining and updating information on a daily bases.
- Setting up and maintaining new accounts on Sage and Moveware.
- Resolving client queries such as sending copy invoices and checking payment allocations.
- Taking credit card payments.
- Reconcile and post onto Sage monthly company credit card expenses.
- Log supplier invoices and distribute to staff.
- Any other jobs as required by the Financial Controller.
Minimum of 5 years experience in finance and two years credit control
Sage Line 200 and Microsoft Office
Excellent telephone skills
