Our client is looking for a HR Assistant Advisor to join their busy team after experiencing rapid growth over the last couple of years.

The role of the HR Assistant Advisor will include but are not limited to the following: 

• Provide professional advice, guidance and support to Manager, Headteachers and Governors
• Provide daily telephone HR advice to Headteachers, Managers and Colleagues
• Key point of contact for HR queries
• Under the guidance of the HR Manager and HR Adviser support and guide managers in dealing with investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Contribute and support a range of projects and business initiatives
• Challenge discriminatory actions and behaviours and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with equality and diversity standards.
• Work with the HR Manager/HR Advisor to actively support succession planning processes.
• Under the guidance of the HR Manager/HR Adviser research, design and review a range of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Implement and oversee any staffing changes in the payroll system.
• Coordinate effective recruitment processes and pre-employment checks

Our client is looking for an HR Assistant Advisor who is able to demonstrate the following skills

• CIPD qualified to level 3 or above
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
• Knowledge and understanding of current and proposed employment legislation
• Ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations confidentially and effectively
• Able to demostrate the ability to work in a fast paced HR team
• A proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise your workload effectively
• The ability to build strong relationships at all levels
