About the Charity’s Supported Housing
Our client’s Transitional Supported Housing based in Oxfordshire is for people aged 18 -65 who have severe and enduring mental health problems. The service is part of a pathway of housing services that promote recovery and independence.
The service specifications were originally developed through the Oxfordshire Mental Health and Support Strategy 'From Supported to Independent Living'. The service is now part of a single outcome based mental health contract, which is delivered by the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership (OMHP) to provide fully integrated adult mental health services across the county for five years. The partnership brings together Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (lead contractor), the charity itself, Connection Floating Support, Response, Restore and Elmore Community Services.
