Motor Insurance Claims Handler
Salary is negotiable depending on experience

Due to continued success, our client who are one of the world's leading law firms and have been established for over 100 years are looking to expand their Motor Insurance Claims Team within their Newport office.

"Knowledge/previous experience of case management systems would be an advantage but training will be provided. Good keyboard skills are also essential.
"Experience of working in an insurance environment preferable.

To be considered for the position you will have experience of the following:

oIT literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
oAbility to work to deadlines and targets, prioritise own workloads effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
oConfident communicator and negotiator
oStrong analytical skills
oExcellent attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

oNegotiate claims for liability and damages on Pre Litigation cases within authority limits
oPro-actively handle claims to ensure delivery of a focused claims service
oAchieve and exceed Client quality standards and Key Performance Indicator
oContribute to knowledge sharing within the Team
oHandle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.
