You will have the opportunity to challenge and stretch yourself daily whilst working in a rewarding environment.

You will be working a 35 hour week Monday to Friday, service is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5.00pm 

Your duties will include:
·To contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services
·To identify, explore and assess a business’s needs and engage with them to ensure they receive the right product/solution
·Direct prospects to the Field Based team and arrange face to face meetings for them.
·Effective diary management for yourself and for the Field Based Team
·CRM management
·Build relationships with the Field Based Team and collectively carry responsibility for targets
·Build sustainable relationships of trust with businesses through open and interactive communication
·To process orders received from existing businesses
·Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
·Deliver outbound sales campaigns meeting personal/team targets set
·Provide and collate market information to assist with future sales plans
·Co-ordinate with marketing to ensure thorough delivery of specific campaigns
·Achieve agreed KPI’s and SLA’s
·Manage feedback (positive and negative), provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and escalate where necessary
·Ensure product and wider commercial knowledge is continually up to date
·Ensure knowledge of the wider charity is up to date in order to provide information to customers where appropriate
·To complete any other duties and responsibilities when requested, which are commensurate with this role.
·To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post at all times in compliance with all of Action on Hearing Loss policies, but especially Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety.
·Commitment and participation to all training and other development opportunities that would allow you to progress within your current roles, as well as allow you to progress within the organisation.

You will have:
-A minimum of one year experience in a sales environment
-Experience of working in a target driven environment, meeting and exceeding targets
-Good negotiation skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-IT literate – Microsoft Office
