We're in the process of supporting a superb challenger brand in the credit card space. The business are seeking to recruit a customer marketing manager to play a lead role on strategy and execution for their key products.

We're seeking candidates with expertise in D2C CRM. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in managing and automating loyalty and retention programmes, ideally with some experience in a regulated environment - however the key factor of success is far more about approach and attitude. Because of the business' challenger feel, the company are looking to recruit someone with a great positive attitude, ability to work at pace and capacity to adapt to frequent change.
