My client is a market leader within Regulatory Change, seeking an experienced Project Manager’s and Consultants to assist their wealth and asset management clients in complying with regulations, in particular MiFID II.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist and/or lead end-to-end projects across large-scale operational and/or technical projects relating to compliance, with key knowledge of wealth/asset management markets.
• To recommend improvements to existing processes or systems for their clients.
• To manage, or assist with managing and developing their client relationships through ensuring change management, best-practice and effective advisory services.
• To effectively manage relationships with other team members across geographical and organisational boundaries.

Job Requirements

• Represent the clients’ in undertaking general consulting / business analysis / project management duties on behalf of their clients, on client site and either individually or (more usually) as a member of a team of consultants.
• Flexibility for UK travel.
• The ability to effectively communicate, build relationships and engage with key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience working as part of wider business transformation projects and leading full project life-cycles
• Degree (2:1 or higher)
• 2+ years of wealth and asset management experience, either from operational or technical perspective
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
• A good knowledge and understanding of business analysis / consulting and project management techniques
• Excellent consulting and communication skills
