Client Services Executive



We are urgently seeking a new Client Services Executive for our trulydynamic client, a leading global performance improvement agency who offer event management, employee engagement and reward and recognition programmes to their clients across a wide spectrum sectors.

Working closely with the Client Services Team you provide administration support for both client and team projects and help manage financial and administration aspects of client’s projects.

You will be the primary contact for all programme participant queries and responsible for associated tracking tools.

Within existing accounts, you will be cross and upselling additional services from a portfolio and intensifying new opportunities to maximise profitability. You will contribute in generating ideas and solutions that will enhance the development of the client programme.


  • To play a key support role in the delivery of client projects, including client liaison, contact with internal resource departments and external suppliers

  • Managing programme inboxes within the agreed programme Service Level Contract/Agreement

  • To be the day to day participant contact for all participant queries

  • To support and deliver communication plans

  • Responsible for the management of website content for the programme through a contact management programme

  • Assisting in t creation of design briefs and briefing the internal creative department where appropriate

  • To manage the administration and smooth running of client jobs including generation of reports, management of client correspondence and maintaining files.

  • Setting up campaigns and promotions, updating promotions and setting up on reports

  • To own responsibility for contributing towards the team GP target by ensuring timesheets and budgets are up to date and all work is quoted and approved by the client before commencement of any work.

Person Specification:

  • Experience from within an agency environment or client side experience in a similar environment is desired but not essential.

  • We will consider graduates and entry level candidates, with placement year experience or good work experience

  • Task management experience including responsibility for meeting deadlines, reporting on progress, and administration support.

  • Some exposure to performance improvement, marketing communications, PR or event management is desired but not essential

  • Experience of working with Technology systems i.e websites although this is not essential

  • Good with administrative tasks

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ideally, experience of copywriting
