An excellent FMCG company in Trowbridge are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their fantastic cosmetics team, the third largest mass market cosmetics brand. What experience you'll need

You're an experienced Brand Manager ideally from an FMCG background due to the fast and dynamic nature of the role. If you have experience, or even just a general interest within the beauty/fashion industry then this will go a long way.

You must have consumer brand experience, developing and executing brand communication, PR, digital and social media strategies. As this is such a fast paced environment you must be able to demonstrate the ability to thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines and of course, have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What you'll be doing

You will develop the brand communications strategy ensuring it is consistent across all platforms, delivers thge brand objectives and reaches the target consumers. You will manage the look and the feel of the brand, through model photography and product photography across all communications platforms and merchandise.

Your communications skills will be key when managing the external agencies and you will be the voice of the consumer within the organisation.

Digital strategy will fall to you, especially the social media strategy, and you will have previous experience of utilising platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. The look and feel of the brand website must be aligned with the digital strategy, and you will work with the retail partners to ensure brand consistency across their digital platforms.

You must develop and execute a PR strategy consistent with consumer targets and brand strategy that will deliver brand objectives. You will work closely with relevant agencies to target titles to drive consistent, quality coverage, whilst maintaining coverage within the rest of the wider media.

On top of this you will brief and manage the photoshoots for POS and brand materials, work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage all communications relating to product launches, attend off site events and exhibitions and assist with customer presentations and the creative execution of media campaigns.
