Online Sales Executive
£20,000 - £23,000 + OTE 5K + benefits

Carlton Recruitment is pleased to announce that our bespoke client is currently seeking an Online Sales Executive to join their team based in Wimbledon. The Online Sales Executive role is an integral part of the revenue stream across the company’s portfolio. The Online Sales Executive will strive to grow revenue streams through new business leads and increasing opportunities with existing clients. Your role will include:

  • Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods

  • Meeting and striving to exceed all targets set by senior web sales manager/product manager

  • Managing a personal budget according to job criteria and agreed development strategy

  • Create a healthy pipeline to ensure targets are consistently met

  • Digital Sales - Advertising and Content Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritise personal sale activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed and business aims

  • Source new business and leads

  • Upsell when possible - whilst considering other opportunities available to the wider business

  • Respond to all enquires using appropriate methods

  • Meeting and exceeding targets

  • Contact clients to ensure prompt receipt of order forms

  • Provide regular feedback/reports to management

  • Working closely with the project team to share and develop ideas

  • Ability to liaise/ influence internal relationships e.g.: accounts, marketing, logistics

  • Record, update and create reports across all databases

  • Maintaining a weekly pipelines and leads list

  • Attend all training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills

  • Look to assist in the development of a launch product/portfolio from inception to delivery

  • Self starter who has the ability to both follow instructions but also work on their own initiative

  • A focused and driven person

  • Highly motivated, confident and assertive

  • Great time management skills

  • Confident making a number of client calls through the day

  • Competent with iCal

  • Good communication - both written and verbal

  • Approachable, organised and well presented

  • Able to work under pressure, have the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Confident enough to deliver new ideas and strategies in an ever changing and fluid environment

  • Ability to multi-task and manage completing priorities

  • A real team player

  • Able to work on own initiative i.e. without constant supervision

  • Minimum of 1 years online sales experience

  • Able to hit the ground running selling on a number of franchise
