Lead Process Planner

Salary to £40,295 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Tower Hamlets, London

Working within the strategy and business development directorate to design, capture and analyse processes in order to maintain organisational blueprints and enable operational and contractual compliance, performance and efficiency.

The Strategy and Business Development directorate is based in central London and oversees market development, strategic planning, sales, tendering, service design, portfolio management and mobilisations across the 4 divisions

Also support division to maintain their process using central control procedures and capacity building

You will be a business expert on producing quality processes

To accurately cost processes under development and review

To support divisional staff through consultation and capacity building activity

Assist Operational Design Manager in overseeing quality frameworks for the organisation

Qualification or demonstrable experience in allying Lean 6 Sigma techniques to process creation and review

Qualification or demonstrable experience in using BPMNN v2.0 ideally

Proven experience in process re-engineering at an organisational level

Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships

Qualification or demonstrable experience in applying a formal Project Management methodology, ideally Price2

Business degree or similar professional qualification
