Customer Supply Analyst
A Global FMCG Organisation have are looking for 2 Customer Supply Analyst's to join their Slough Head Office. They are looking for passionate, energetic candidates who are looking to start a career within supply chain.

Manage assigned customer accounts
Responsible for the whole order life cycle, ensuring products reach customers on time
Be first point of contact for any customer queries
Analyse data, ensuring you know the status of all orders
Resolve any delivery issues
Attend daily meetings, ensuring you understand any risk to current orders
Build relationships with internal departments and stakeholders
Work closely with finance team to resolve any pricing issues
Manage credit claim queries, investigating and resolving the issue
Gain an understanding of credit claims and recommend preventative measures
Knowledge of supply chain procedures
Good customer service skills
University Educated with 2:1 degree (or above) in any discipline
Good communication skills
Driven, passionate and career focused
