Customer Service Executive

Cheshire Oaks - Ellesmere Port


Southam Selections are currently working with a flights sales specialist company who are looking for Customer Service Executives who have knowledge / experience within the industry to join their team.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm

Sat - 9am - 3pm

Saturdays will be 1 in every 4 and you will agree the shift patterns with your manager.

The role

Dealing with well known airlines you will sell / service bookings via phone, email or internet.

  • To service all enquiries & bookings to company standards
  • To adhere to all airline deadlines and terms and conditions
  • To understand agents/ operators flight needs and advise on appropriate solutions
  • To work with the Marketing department to drive growth in ticket sales


  • Monitor and action all email & telephone requests for bookings
  • Carry out the above in line with set company service level standards in a friendly & professional manner
  • Use a GDS to; Check availability, make bookings, reserve seating, issue tickets etc


  • You must have travel industry experience
  • Knowledge of the UK travel market would be great but not essential
  • Problem solver & creative thinker
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self motivation
  • Strong team player
