A fantastic opportunity has just become available to join a leading Glasgow IFA. Based in Glasgow City Centre, they are looking to expand their team to include a financial services administrator.

The idea candidate will have excellent knowledge of Financial products including pensions, investments, mortgages and life assurance. You will also have strong administrations skills gained within an IFA environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working with Intelliflio / Intelligent office as a back office system.

The role will involve producing packs for client meetings, updating client’s policy schedules, updating Fact Finds, audio-typing notes from meetings, vetting and processing new business cases, ensuring all information is included for cases to proceed and any other administration tasks required by the office manager/adviser.

You must have experience in financial services to be considered for this role.
