A well established, national property business with a strong presence in the North West, are seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team based in Manchester on interim basis to cover a maternity leave for 9-12 months.
Your new role
As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the implementation of marketing plans and creating highly engaging content across a wide range of digital and offline channels. You will manage the content of divisional web pages ensuring a positive user experience, and overall best in class content that is fresh and engaging, combining this with high quality imagery/video content. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the implementation of a three month rolling marketing plan and analyse the performance of web pages & individual marketing campaigns to provide recommendations for improvement as part of the marketing planning process. Alongside this, you will assist the Marketing Manager in the delivery of the divisional PR plan in conjunction with PR agency and develop and maintain links and relationships with key stakeholders such as the sales team, agencies, and the other Regional Marketing teams. Your role will also involve using Adobe Campaign together with group supplied copy documents to create and deliver engaging email campaigns as specified in the marketing plan.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience of working in a busy marketing team and ideally hold a marketing qualification, although an extensive induction and additional training will be provided on joining the company. Most importantly, you will have a pro-active attitude, the ability to use your initiative and have excellent organisational skills. In addition you should have strong copywriting and verbal communication skills and a willingness to adapt.
