Your new role
You will be supporting the management team by providing efficient finance support to the business activities.
You will be responsible for running the full payroll function, maintaining sales and purchase ledgers, the cashbook and bank reconciliation and assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need excellent all-round experience of monthly financial routines, particularly payroll, and supporting in the provision of monthly management accounts. You will have strong IT skills: knowledge of Excel is essential and familiarity with Sage 200 would be an advantage. You will possess the confidence to work on your own initiative as well as the interpersonal skills to thrive in a team. You'll have the ability to identify opportunities to improve current working methods and put them into practice.
