Administration / Customer Service Team Leader
£16,000 to £18,000 plus a bonus of £350 to £550 per month
Macclesfield, Cheshire
Monday to Friday - 09:00am to 17:30pm

An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, thriving solicitors in Macclesfield, Cheshire as an Administration & Customer Service Team Leader.

Our client offers fantastic training and development and is not an opportunity to be missed!
The role will consist of managing and supporting a small New Claims Team also known as FNOL.

Your team will have the following day to day duties:

"Generating Legal Documentation.
"Instructing an agent to visit the client at their home address to obtain signatures on documents.
"Instructing an agent to collect identification and answer any questions the client may have.
"To log the claim with the 'Fault Insurance Company and instruct a medical agency to arrange a medical appointment.

Experience in this industry is preferred as well as supervisory experience.
