My Client are looking to expand there existing team, they are looking to recruit A successful HGV / Mechanical service Engineer must have a strong background in mechanical engineering, having worked on commercial vehicles / heavy vehicles. The successful technicians and engineers will be expected to have strong fault finding experience coupled with an ability to diagnose and rectify faults quickly and safely using recognised methods and practices.
The work will involve vehicle maintenance, HGV servicing and overhauling of buses and the successful HGV Mechanical Technician must demonstrate the ability to work to the high standards set by the Company. You will have a proven track record of inspecting, servicing and repairing vehicles in addition to preventative maintenance of heavy vehicles, HGVs or PSVs.
A qualification in motor vehicle mechanics / heavy vehicle engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ), comparable trade papers from the Armed Forces, or a recognised indentured apprenticeship is desirable but not essential for this role.

The PSV / HGV / Mechanical Engineers will be required to work. 8:00- 16:00 and must have a flexible working attitude, you. You will be provided with a company van, Mobile phone & Laptop.
