A great opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager has arisen on the beautiful Suffolk Coast in our clients Hotel with leisure facilities.
You will be responsible for overseeing all daily Food and Beverage operations, developing an operating strategy for the department and ensuring all staff are performing to a high standard. You will meet an agreed budget and targets in all areas as well as coach and develop the teams within your remit. You will constantly be striving to improve standards and to enhance the experience that is on offer for the guests.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will form close relationships with the Heads of Departments as communication between all management is key to the success of the business. You will participate in regular weekly operations meetings where you will play a key role by producing your forecasts for the food and beverage departments.
The ideal candidate will already be working in a high-volume company as a Food and Beverage Manager and be wanting to join a successful group who really love working candidates who aspire to progress in their career.
