Established IT Company based in Banbury is looking to recruit 2 Telemarketing Executives due to expansion.
Talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in a mid/long sales cycle environment to expand the existing team.
The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving their ambitious 2016/2017 customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable with making over 100 calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects for Senior Account/IT Managers.
Responsibilities include sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Understanding Customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly new opportunities quota
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand the Client database of prospects within your assigned territory
The successful applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of management and staff, both internally and externally
Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation
Strong phone presence
Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated and able to work on own initiative
Strong internet research skills required
Excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organised and attentive to detail
A self starter with solid follow-through and multi tasking capabilities
Ability to handle a fast paced environment and challenging workload
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
A minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role
Sales professionals from a Retail or Hospitality background considered
