The Role

Our client is a specialist media company looking to recruit a Conference Producer who will be responsible for producing high quality reports and events through researching market trends, writing compelling agenda copy and inviting prominent industry figures to contribute to our client's industry reports. This role is ideal for someone who either has worked within a large conference or media company and is seeking a role where they're more directly involved in the shaping of projects they work on.

Key duties of this role will include:

  • Liaising with existing contacts as well as identifying, new potential contributors
  • Report agenda copy writing
  • Inviting key persons to contribute to the reports
  • Hosting roundtable debates
  • Reporting and researching the key issues
  • Interviewing high level contributors
  • Proof reading roundtable transcripts in preparation for publication
  • Website copy writing
  • Contributing to the generation of new report ideas

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be experienced in event production or other content production role
  • Will have experience in writing high quality copy including an excellent standard of written English
  • Have a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Be creative in their thinking and flexible to working on a variety of projects focused on very different subjects
