Hays are currently recruiting for a well established organisation in Halesworth, Suffolk. This company operate on multiple sites and require a collaborative team player to work in conjunction with the wider finance team.
Your new role
The main function of the role will be to provide a transactional support service for a division of the business. You will report directly to the Financial Controller with your main duties being:
Posting sales and purchase ledger invoices
Managing the cash book
Completing regular account reconciliations
Assisting in month end preparations
Working in conjunction with other finance staff when necessary.
This is a full time permanent job working between Monday and Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need similar previous experience working in a busy accounts team and strong focus on customer satisfaction and team work. You will have strong IT skills and be able to work to strict deadlines. Ideally you will be qualified or studying towards a recognised Accounting qualification and also be able to drive with access to a vehicle.
