Marketing Admin Assistant
A company that works across the UK with their headquarters based in Cardiff. They are looking for a driven Marketing Admin Assistant to join their expanding team.
·To provide administrative support to all departments
·Provide product samples and literature for Managers, Healthcare Professionals and consumers
·Communicate with customers relating to feedback of products
·Ensure the database is kept up to date with accurate client details
·Ensure sufficient stock levels of literature and promotional items
·Produce mail shots using the client database
·To be able to work in a team environment
·The ability to learn new skills quickly and attention to detail is a must
·Previous knowledge of SAGE or similar packages would be an advantage
·Strong understanding of all Microsoft Packages
