From the Head Chef: In 20 years of working in the catering industry I have never worked with such a dedicated, hard working, and trust worthy colleague and boss. I say colleague as well as boss as he truly gets involved as a team leader and player. Our kitchen is brand new and kitted and maintained to a degree that some chefs dream of working in. Being a free house, we are able to explore and create any dishes we like using very local suppliers. Our menu is a large menu which caters for all. Amazingly all home made. It is a pleasure to work here, Matt, Head Chef
