Residentail Support Worker - Children/Young Adults
Do you have a desire to make a positive difference to the lives of young people? Are you an experience Residential Support Worker? Are you competent in consistently providing the highest standard and quality of support to children and young adults with varying needs such as sensory, communication, behavioural, physical, emotional or health needs. We currently have temp/perm positions and shift filling vacancies within the Walsall area.
You must have at least 6 months continuous experience supporting children/young adults within a residential setting who have severe autism and challenging behaviour. You need to hold the NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care (children) or at least be working towards.
You must be a strong, confident and resilient person, you need to be flexible, be able to work shifts including sleep in duties and be able to participate in activities.
Clearance on receipt of a Clear and Enhanced DBS and references.
