Electrical Installation Engineer
Our client is a leading supplier of Sensory Equipment throughout the UK. Their specialist rooms are used in Hospitals, Health Centres, Developmental Disability Units and many other settings all over the country to help improve people’s quality of life.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Installation Engineer (who should also be able to do general Joinery) to assist out already established team in the fitting of these rooms. Knowledgeable regarding installation, you will be multi skilled to be able to accommodate the necessary joinery, electrical and fixing requirements on such jobs along with being customer focussed and will understand the importance of working to tight deadlines. Professional and forward thinking.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Electrical Installation Engineer and will hold a 17th Edition qualification along with 2395 Testing and Inspecting (or equivalent). Open minded, you will be willing to learn new skills and ways of working, bending to fit in with the company requirement and style. It is essential that you can remain professional and conduct yourself appropriately at all times as you will be working on site with our clients. You will be required to travel around the country sometimes with up to 4 overnight stays a week, so you must be flexible in your approach.
Due to the work environment of this post, the successful candidate will have their background checked with the DBS to ensure suitability. You must also hold a full UK driving licence. Preferably have a current CSCS or ECS card.
Hours – Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm although flexibility is required, there may be an opportunity for overtime.
Salary - £25000 - £30000 Per Annum + benefits.
