Job title: Installations Coordinator - Audio Visual Division
Location: Hertford, own transport required due to location
Salary: £24-28k (depending on experience)
Hours of work: Standard 9am-6pm Mon-Thur - 9am-5pm Fri

Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with an exciting client on the out- skirts of Hertford to recruit a Project Coordinator. This new exciting role would suit an experienced administrator/coordinator looking to join a busy company working with a number of prestigious brands.
Our client is looking for a proactive individual who has lots of get up and join the team as the essential link between the internal departments, the clients and the suppliers. This challenging position will suit a driven individual who is a great communicator and a natural problem solver, who wants to offer clients the very best level of service.
The role will involve the following:
*Project admin
*Establishing and maintaining internal processing systems
*Prepare client-facing quotes/proposals/presentations, draft contracts
*Prepare internal budget sheets to calculate cost price/retail price/margin on bought in hardware
*Order hardware from internal teams and external suppliers as necessary
*Provide reports to clients for various purposes (eg. installation schedules)
*Prepare client-facing documents (covering technical support, installation instructions)
*Maintain our database for client orders, supplier information, part numbers and warranty details
*Creating and maintaining visible project plans and schedules
*Participate in project meetings
*Supporting and manage the day-to-day running of existing accounts and new projects
*Deal with client communication in a prompt and efficient manner. Make sure we understand and meet their requests.
*Liaise with engineers, suppliers and clients to organise site visits and installations; book conference
*Calls and meetings to enable efficient communication between all parties

Internal liaison with:

*Music and creative teams
*Technology department
*Finance department

External liaison with:

*Project managers
*Installation companies and suppliers
*Technical teams and field engineers
*Client technical contacts
*Couriers

Your skills:

*Solid administration/project management skills which can be utilised in a new environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Alongside your exceptional administration skills, your professional and motivated approach to work means that you relish pressure and can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
*A diligent and conscientious approach to your work.
*Completely used to and comfortable with computer based technology, with the ability to understand and grasp the hardware, software and systems behind the digital distribution of our service
*Comfortable with learning about audio visual infrastructure
*Excellent time management.
*Able to work independently or as part of a team.
*Demonstrate natural problem solving ability.
*Demonstrate superb attention to detail with your natural written communication skills.
*Appreciation of music, graphics, digital solutions and their commercial use.
*Strong sense of business acumen
*Be able to smile when the heat is on! You need to be unflappable when under pressure.
*Strong Excel skills, including creating budget sheets
*MS Word and PowerPoint literate

Experience:

*Minimum of 5 years' experience
*Ideally educated to degree level
*Client handling
*Experience in pulling together budgets
*Experience scheduling of engineer resource would be an advantage
*Experience with audio visual equipment and setups not essential, but would be an advantage
