Your new company
This fast-growing and highly reputable business are a leading service provider in their specialist field. They have had a presence in Northamptonshire for a number of years and are part of a well-known market leading group who have multiple sites across the UK.

Your new role
They are now looking to appoint a Financial Controller to lead a team of three taking responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting and financial analysis. Partnering the local operations and Managing Director you will have a commercial finance focus around monitoring cost spends and profitability analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this opportunity will be fully qualified, ideally ACA, with a proven track record working for a robust and relentless business. You will have a demonstrable background in commercial financial controls and a strong presence to be able to manage and drive a team well. Experience in services is essential, ideally in financial services. Key personal qualities required include resilience, commercial awareness, confidence and drive.
