Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Process and Change Delivery Lead as part of a wider European Delivery Team and focuses on providing expert delivery support, as a workstream lead, on Assessment and Implementation work involving the rapid application of standard process and change solution(s) and its methods in challenging and demanding client environments.

In summary, this role is responsible for operational effectiveness within our clients' organisations, for identifying all continuous improvement opportunities and over the course of 18mths following the appointment to the role the post holder responsibility for the organisations Process & Change assets, including their ongoing development.


* The application of Process Standards, including responsibility for the provision of:
o support to the on-going development of high quality re-usable change management assets and deliverables
o purchase to pay (P2P) expertise on projects and to clients
o change management advice and expertise
- On-site client project delivery for Change, including responsibility for:
o capturing all process and change management requirements needed to ensure relevant business case targets are delivered on time and within budget
o working in project teams and individual members effectively so that all change management activities are integrated into all on-site work and are accordance with the overall project plan for each project
o identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions in order to overcome any resistance. (This includes managing the process and delivering change impact assessments)

* On-going support to clients, including responsibility for:
o driving continuous improvement in client P2P processes in order to enable invoice payments acceleration to be optimised
o providing effective leadership of compliance management meetings where actions to optimise payment performance are identified and agreed
o providing of in-life support for any and all on-going client queries related to the process inefficiencies

Required Skills & Capabilities
Essential attributes include:
* Direct experience of working within a change management specific function for more than six months
* Consulting experience with in a top flight consulting organisation practice and direct and demonstrable experience in:
o Change management
o Business process design, reengineering and/or transformation

* Demonstrable and robust experience and the application of knowledge in change management principles and methodologies
* Strong and demonstrable problem solving skills together with a familiarity with techniques for identifying root cause of business issues
* In-depth knowledge of P2P process (including best practice) and of e-invoicing and evidence of having been involved in delivering process improvement in these, or similar, areas
* Direct experience of working with other communication, training and project specialists to formulate specific plans comprising activities to support the delivery project deliverables
* Ability to build effective relationships and be a team player
* Proven ability to influence demanding clients and other while moving toward a common vision or goal

Desirable attributes include:
* Six Sigma qualification
* Managing Successful Programmes practitioner
* Dynamic invoicing discounting experience
* Finance qualification (e.g. part or full ACCA, CIMA, etc. or MBA).
