We have a fabulous opportunity for a passionate CRM Coordinator to work for a desirable premium brand who are experiencing exceptional growth throughout the UK and internationally.
This newly created role reports into the CRM Manager, to support with all aspects of customer relationship marketing, including email, data analysis and data capture for the UK and Ireland.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Build and maintain successful relationships across all other Marketing departments, in addition to EMEA Region and Global CRM and IT teams
- Act as the first point-of-call for the third parties and CRM agencies on all operational topics
- Support the CRM Manager with the Email Contact calendar, aligning with other departments
- Lead the design, copy-writing, creative briefing and approval of all email communications with the Graphics team
- Upload images, build and test emails in Adobe Campaign Manager (CRM tool) managing the end-to-end process, including email broadcast and data workflow
- Responsible for developing a robust email testing strategy, to include tests across all aspects, including creative, copy, segmentation, product and messaging
- First point of contact for stores and Area Managers regarding e-receipts, including reporting, support, development of receipt email campaigns, and installation in new stores
- Day-to-day management of transactional and flow emails to ensure all copy and creative is up to date with latest drops
- Support the CRM Manager with the email programme strategy, from data analysis through to creative concepts and reporting and optimisation
- Support the CRM Manager with customer insight projects to steer CRM strategy and support the wider marketing team
- Primary responsibility for weekly reporting and measurement of each email, including both Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics data

Person requirements:

- Experience using Adobe Campaign Manager essential
- Several years of experience in a CRM/email marketing role
- Online and store CRM experience required
- You must be confident and knowledgeable to work closely with the Global CRM team to input into group strategy
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organised and self-motivated
- Experience writing copy for digital channels, with an excellent grasp of English language and grammar
- A good standard of computer literacy including the use of all Microsoft Office programs
