Our client is an industry leading brand within the financial services sector. Due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to bring in a Sales Advisor, based in the Stockport area, to join their high performing Sales Team. We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and can build rapport with ease.
£14,000 - £18,000 Basic plus OTE £30,000
Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales Advisor will provide full sales process to their designated customers by preparing quotations, responding to customer requests and handling customer enquiries via email and telephone.
The Sales Advisor will also communicate with internal departments to ensure regulations are met and timescales adhered to.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:
Preparation of quotations for customers by sourcing information from internal systems, other teams and parent companies. Liaison with external Sales Managers to agree pricing strategies
Close contact with external Sales Managers to ensure key accounts are managed effectively.
Management of designated customer accounts by becoming a key contact, building knowledge of customers’ needs and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Negotiating with internal departments and external parties to obtain agreeable completion dates for customers.
Handling and processing incoming and outbound sales enquiries via email and telephone.
