Duties will be:

• Making outbound calls to businesses across the UK
• Scheduling appointments for sales executives to meet with prospective clients
• Effectively managing the sales executives' diaries and nurturing profitable relationship with assigned Field Agents
• Achieving or exceeding individual appointment setting targets
• Achieving individual daily and weekly KPI's
• Disciplined use of the CRM system
• Taking ownership for own actions and pipeline of potential clients
• Keeping the role in line with the changing business needs and product offering
• Ownership of personal development
• Profitable co-work with assigned field agents
• Developed relationships with external clients and internal "customers"

Person specification - Requirements:

Essential:

  • Minimum 1 year in telemarketing or telesales
  • Demonstrable experience of hitting core KPI’s in a telesales environment
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent phone manner and articulation
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to meet goals
  • Able to handle rejection and maintain positivity
  • Results driven
  • Highly motivated
  • Confident and persuasive
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude


Desirable:

  • Previous use of Salesforce in a telemarketing role
  • Experience of Energy Brokerage or related fields
  • Sales or closing techniques training
  • Understanding of energy, green projects, engineering or facility management
