Jenson Fisher have been engaged on an exclusive basis by an established business based in Perth City Centre to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate must have experience working as a Bookkeeper and effectively using financial software. The role of the Bookkeeper is a key one within the organisation and your responsibilities will include the following;
- Bookkeeping to trial balance stage.
- Preparation of payroll for staff.
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Purchase and sales ledger.
- Resolving any accounts queries.
- Preparing financial reports for management.
- Management of the petty cash.
- General accounts administration.
