Experienced Digital Analyst wanted by a leading Manchester-based PR consultancy to join their Research and Insights team.
The Digital Analyst will work as part of the Research and Insight team to support the agency's ever-growing social media practice. This role will see you working across the whole business, analysing social campaigns for well-known brands, identifying successes, setting and measuring KPIs, and identifying key insights to help shape the campaign strategy. Duties will include monitoring and reporting on social media campaigns across a range of platforms, researching and developing ways to enhance social media campaigns, helping to develop client social media strategies, researching and keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, reporting on social and digital campaigns, and extracting and interpreting data from systems such as Google Analytics.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate must have at least two years' experience in the industry, preferably in an agency environment, and a genuine interest in social media and digital. You should have relevant and demonstrable experience across key social media platforms, experience of at least one social listening platform, and proven experience in Google Analytics, and a solid grasp of paid social. More broadly, you will need excellent research and both written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, strong numerical skills, and a proven commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest social, digital, and communication technologies.
What's on offer?
