My client based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join them on a Full Time Permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business. 

Sales Ledger

• Undertake daily credit control to minimise outstanding debts.
• Liaise with customers to chase up outstanding debts.
• Send out monthly customer statements.
• Produce monthly sales invoices.

Purchase Ledger

• Collate purchase invoices, check for accuracy and arrange sign off ready for input into SAGE.
• Review purchase invoices in-line with the relevant vendor costs and contractual agreements.
• Liaise with vendors to reconcile disputed invoices and arrange for credit notes to be issued accordingly. 
• Ensure all pass through costs are invoiced and accounted for accurately.
• Daily review of Finance inbox to ensure all purchase related issues are dealt with promptly
• Reconcile Supplier statements
• Maintain effective filing of all purchase ledger invoices

To be considered by my client you: 

*Will need to have a minimum of years experience within a Finance/ Accounting function.
*Ideally have experience working with SAGE 
*Good level of excel skills. A confident communicator, with the ability to pass on Financial information to non financial colleagues
