French Speaking Content Support Executive

Location: Tunbridge Wells, UK

We are seeking an Content Support Executive for our client, a fast growing and highly successful company that connects diners with restaurants, with more than 12,000 restaurants and millions of diners booking every month. The company works with both restaurateurs and diners to bring them together in a single, vibrant and dynamic marketplace, taking bookings from diners in over 31 different countries!

Job overview The Content Support Executive will be required to help optimise the content database for the client's partner website.

Maintaining and improving the company’s content assets in the CMS will be key to the role, assisting the content and support teams with daily content change requests received from restaurateur clients in France.


1) Content management - moderate content change requests including menu and image assets. Edit and upload restaurant menus, including PDF and text files. Assess images for quality and dimension criteria according to the content publication guidelines.

2) Use web content management systems - process and manage change requests in Drupal, the company CMS. Maintain and update various web content fields in the CMS, such as opening hours, specialities, payment methods and pricing.

3) Adhere to content guidelines - publish content in accordance with editorial policy and verify that content has populated to the consumer website. Ensure the company content style guidelines are adhered to in all editing tasks.

4) Ensure content excellence - be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of our consumer-facing website, ensuring that the site is up-to-date, relevant and correct.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • E-commerce content management
  • Use of web content management systems and tools
  • Image editing
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Proofreading skills
  • Support administration

Required skills / education

  • Excellent written French
  • Working use of HTML (desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong written communication
  • Fully computer literate
  • English speaking
