Learning and Development/Training Manager - London - Up to £70,000. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join a successful international organisation.

This is an excellent chance to join an organisation with truly global reach as a standalone training manager. You will be heading up the training and development plan in a sales and events focused environment, delivering training to a variety of stakeholders at all levels. To facilitate and deliver training you will have both internal and external resources including third parties and specialised freelancers available to you as and when needed.

This role would suit a candidate with significant L&D training experience who has worked in sales, events and/or marketing focussed environments. Prior experience with CRM systems, bespoke internal applications and digital sales and events platforms, would also be beneficial to your application.

You will be tasked with delivering an annual training matrix, but although a large element of this role is strategic you still need to be highly hands on, personally producing training content, identifying training needs (TNA) and monitoring training delivery to ensure it is structured and meets specific business requirements.

As this is a role with a strong international focus you must already have experience of international training delivery and global key stakeholder management. As a result there will be some travel requirements, but these are not expected to be extensive. In addition you are expected to be proactive and highly organised, with a proven history of delivering comprehensive regional and global training projects.

You will have excellent communication and IT skills, including in depth knowledge of systems and digital tools relevant to the sales and marketing industry. This is a great opportunity for an accomplished L&D Training Manger to join a market leading organisation that offers a range of attractive benefits, including a 10% bonus package.

To apply for this role, please send through a WORD copy of your CV quoting reference ASH15760SG in the subject line of your email.
