The Company

My Client are a global media software company based in West London. They are the World leaders in their field.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Business Development professional within the digital media industry. The role may have customers anywhere within the EMEA region and as such frequent overseas travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

Sales - Identifying new opportunities and follow leads from trade shows, general inquires. Provide demonstrations and proposals and pricing to prospective customers and existing clients.

Customer Management - Maintain regular contact for all customers, keeping the CRM up to date, managing customer requests and escalating incidents as and when required

Product and Service Delivery, Project Planning - Implementation of products and modules to new and existing clients, ensuring all upgrades, integrations and training on software is handled in a timely manner

Budgeting & Forecasting - Ensure all budgeting and pipeline of sales is maintained

Account Maintenance - Ensuring aged debt is managed efficiently and any aged debt is handled is prioritised (critical element of the role).

What they are looking for

Qualifications/ Experience:

You must have a MINIMUM of 5 years’ experience in sales/account management or business development in the entertainment software industry

You must have Project Management experience with PRINCE2 practitioner

You would have a relevant degree in software, media or entertainment

Personal Attributes:

Your negotiation skills will be impeccable

You will have a well-rounded technical knowledge

You will be able to demonstrate through experience your ability to manage projects and to meet deadlines within budget

You will be a people person who can communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
