CLIENT SERVICES - FUND MANAGEMENT
Based in the West End, a Fund Management company seek an Investor Relations Assistant to join their team.
Working in luxurious offices, the successful candidate will report to the Head of Investor Relations and primarily be responsible for client data administration activities, and act as a first point of contact for client queries and respond to their requests.
Duties will include keeping accurate records of client activity and ensuring that the relevant systems are kept up-to-date, assisting with the preparation of Fund presentations, booking in client meetings and coordinating meeting requests and responding to client queries.
Other tasks will include liaising with the Firms Transfer agent and custodian on client queries, assisting with Fund analysis and interpreting these statistics, working with other team members with various ad-hoc projects and assisting with the creation of marketing material.
You will be very well presented and be confident with client, well organised, good knowledge of Excel and other MS applications and be willing to work towards gaining formal financial qualifications.
