Interim Head of Marketing
My client is a leading & dynamic business that operates in the FMCG sector. They are currently recruiting for the position of 'Interim Head of Marketing' in order to aid their high growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to expand on their marketering experience, work in an entrepreneurial environment and go into a role that prvoides a great deal of autonomy.
Reporting to the MD, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for providing the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan. Another key aspect of this role is to prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management colleagues across the business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills in order to lead & deliver through to the enthusiastic marketing team and support functions that are already in place. On Trade experience is key. Excellent organisational skills are essential as the role involves prioritising time on multiple projects whilst staying energetic & positive throughout. Experience of working in the FMCG industry is highly desired.
