I am currently working with a well known information technologies business based in Milton Keynes. They are currently looking for a Full Time Permanent Accounts Assistant to fill a gap in there current department. 

Reporting into the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for: 

1. Set-up new vendor accounts relating to expenses and process visa and cash expense claims
2. Maintain and ensure accuracy of Expenses records on Purchase Ledger at all times.
3. Resolve any queries relating to expenses where necessary.
4. Check and maintain foreign currency balances and petty cash
5. Resolve any supplier queries where necessary.
6. Assist in posting third-party and Intercompany purchase invoice and reconcile statements as when required
7. Process direct debits from bank
8. Create assets and purchase orders
9. Assist in month-end closing 
10. Retrieve back-up paperwork for tax/ PSA etc.
11. Update fleet schedule
12. Sales ledger- credit control cover during absence
13. Other ad hoc duties as required 

To be considered for the vacancy you will: 

Ideally have experience working with SAP
Must have experience processing expenses
Have strong communications skills both written and verbal.
Good level of MS Office Excel skill ideally to include V Look-ups and Pivot Tables however this is not essential.
