We are currently recruiting for an exciting and challenging Support Coordinator role with responsibility for the end-to-end support of Blended Learning students, focusing on student experience, progression and retention.
You will be working as part of a team delivering proactive support, advice, information and guidance to students from the point of enrolment through to graduation ensuring the highest levels of support is provided.
• You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service
• You will be self- motivated with an ability to work independently
• Able to pick up and learn new IT systems
As a Support Coordinator the key skills you will need will be
• Previous experience of working in a customer advisory/administrative role
• Experience of working on MS office applications with intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
An understanding of Higher Education and experience of supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities would be an advantage but not essential
