We have a position that would really suit an existing Business Development Manager within the Bridging and Development sector with a good existing intermediary network to originate business.
The position will predominately be working from the London Head office, the successful candidate will be required to work on their own initiative, plan their day to maximise business opportunities by building new intermediary relationships and manage existing relationships visiting and supporting intermediaries as required.

Responsibilities for the role of Business Development Manager

  • Generate new business within the Bridging and Development sector of the market
  • Represent the business in a highly professional manner always
  • Work with the Sales Director to implement effective strategic business and promotional plan for the company's products
  • Support all head office activities

Experience required for the role of Business Development Manager

  • Proven sales track record in intermediary sales with a developed network of intermediaries
  • Bridging and development finance experience is essential
  • Proven field sales experience with a track record of account acquisition, retention and business development
  • Numeracy and literacy skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Possess a full UK driving licence

Salary: Between £45-60,000 with a £5000 car allowance, travel expenses, company laptop and phone, 25 days' holiday and uncapped commission
Location: Based in Central London Head Office with Travel where required
