Customer Service Advisor-Commercial Insurance-Croydon-Well Established Commercial Insurance Broker
Our client is a Commercial Insurance Broker based in Croydon providing solutions for their customers personal and business insurance needs. Over the years they have helped thousands of customers save money on their insurance whilst also improving their cover.
Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Support specialist to join their dynamic team. You will be involved in general customer service activity in addition to providing support to their sales team when required. Full training on their products and processes will be provided.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills, be clear and articulate and have proven customer service experience. You may have a corporate call centre type background and be looking for a change (as they are not a call centre) or have become tired of late evenings and shift type work.
You will need to be able to show:
- Demonstrable commitment to a previous employer.
- Strong customer service skills.
- 2 Years previous experience in a Customer Service type role.
- Strong IT skills (Experience with Open GI System is an advantage).
- Dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Previous retail banking or call centre experience.
- Be looking for a career in insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
